High Quality hard cast 38 bullet - Chris White - 12/01/2012 22:00:43
I reloaded 1,000 of these - 500 for general practise and 500 for cowboy shooting. I tried several types of powder, mainly Trail Boss and Unique and also some True Blue. All loads were on the lower end of the velocity scale - and were nice to shoot. All were fairly accurate both out of a Uberti SAA replica and a Ruger Vaquero. I use a Dillon RL550 and these were easy to load. I used mostly Winchester, W-W and R-P brass. I am ordering more of these and will be loading some 44 Special soon - I will use friendswood bullets for sure.
